Carolina quarterback Cam Newton isn’t too happy the Saints weren’t called for a personal foul penalty in the Panthers’ 27-22 win Sunday.

To add to that, he certainly doesn’t understand the explanation NFL referee Ed Hochuli gave him after the play.

According to Newton during his post-game press conference, Hochuli told him he “wasn’t old enough to get that call.”

Here’s a Vine of the incident in question:

Obviously, Newton’s reaction wasn’t positive to what Hochuli told him, and again, Newton was more upset with the explanation than the fact he didn’t get the call in the first place.

“Heaven forbid (Hochuli) gets any rookies,” Newton said during his press conference. “They are going to have a long day, man.”
