Daniel Carlson now has longest active field goal streak in the NFL
Daniel Carlson set a new milestone for his career on “Monday Night Football”.
The Las Vegas Raiders are in Kansas City to face the Chiefs, and Vegas has been in control, eventually opening up a 17-0 2nd-quarter lead. Carlson was called upon to kick a 53-yarder with just over 5-and-a-half minutes played in the 2nd, which he converted.
The field goal make was the 36th in a row for the former Auburn special teams star, the longest current streak of any kicker in the NFL. Per the Raiders’ PR department on Twitter, Carlson’s last miss was in Week 8 of last season, a 23-16 Las Vegas loss.

It’s no question that this is a streak that Raiders fans, and even Auburn fans, hope continues for much, much longer.
