Former Auburn LB Deshaun Davis signs with new NFL team
Former Auburn LB Deshaun Davis was taken in Round 6 of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals, but was waived after the preseason.
He then ended up with the Jacksonville Jaguars, but was cut by them before Week 1 started, too. Since then, he’s been looking for a new NFL job.
On Wednesday, he got that opportunity, as the Philadelphia Eagles announced they were signing him to their practice squad:

Currently, the Eagles are tied with the Dallas Cowboys atop the NFC East with matching 7-7 records. However, the Cowboys won the first head-to-head game and the 2 teams play again this weekend.
Will Davis end up on a playoff team this season? Sunday’s game will go a long way toward deciding that.
