Former Auburn WR Ricardo Louis was a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, going to the Cleveland Browns.
He spent the 2016-2018 seasons with the Browns before he was waived by the team prior to the 2019 season. He spent last year on the Miami Dolphins, but was on injured reserve.
Now, despite signing a 1-year, $660,000 contract this offseason, Louis is once again looking for a new NFL squad, as the Dolphins announced his release on Saturday:
We have released WR Ricardo Louis and waived QB Jake Rudock.

In the 2016 and 2017 seasons, Louis appeared in 32 games, starting 12 of them. He recorded 45 catches for 562 yards and also returned 9 kickoffs. He has yet to score an NFL touchdown.
Whether or not he finds a new team prior to the 2020 season remains to be seen. Injuries have kept him out the past 2 years, so we’ll see if he makes a comeback this fall.
