Houston got a late touchdown with less than 4 minutes in the Birmingham Bowl, and the Cougars held on for a 17-13 victory over Auburn.

After the game, the Cougars’ social media team took advantage of a long-time SEC slogan, “It Just Means More” to troll Auburn, as the SEC dropped to 0-3 in bowl games this postseason.

Houston jumped out to a 10-0 lead and held a 10-3 advantage at halftime, as Auburn fans grew frustrated with Bryan Harsin and the Auburn offense. Smoke Monday, in his last game for Auburn, was ejected in the second half after his second targeting call of the game.

It was a disappointing ending to Harsin’s first season, as the Tigers loss 5 games in a row to end the season with a 6-7 record.
