WATCH: Jared Harper has outstanding debut for Phoenix Suns during NBA's Summer League
If Jared Harper keeps it up, there’s no chance he won’t be on the Suns’ roster by the time the NBA season rolls around.
The former Auburn standout put up 19 points, four assists, two rebounds and two steals with only one turnover this weekend during his debut for Phoenix in the NBA’s Summer League circuit.
Following the strong performance, his coach reacted to the news.
“He was the best player on the floor many nights in the SEC,” Bruce Pearl tweeted out. “Why should anyone still be surprised! Jared Harper is worth the price of admission..always has been, always will be!”
Harper went undrafted in the 2019 NBA Draft but it looks like he’s already on his way to proving NBA teams made a mistake passing on him during the selection process.
