This season, Purdue superfan Tyler Trent has become an honorary captain for the Boilermakers, inspiring them as he continues his battle against a rare bone cancer.
As Trent continues to battle, he’s making another trip to a Purdue game — this time, the Music City Bowl against Auburn.
As you can see in the photo below, Trent and his family flew to Nashville in style, riding about Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay’s private plane:
A huge thank you to @JimIrsay and @Colts for helping us make our goal to get to Nashville. So @theTylerTrent can be the bowl Captain this weekend at the Purdue game. @MusicCityBowl pic.twitter.com/x29U3fUvqu

Trent will serve as the bowl captain, and he’ll surely enjoy the experience of watching his Boilermakers take on the Tigers.
The game kicks off at 1:30 p.m. Eastern time on Friday and can be seen on ESPN.
