Auburn has added a second non-conference game to its 2023 schedule, according to a report out Monday morning.

Brett McMurphy reported that the Tigers would play New Mexico State with a payout off of $1.85 million. The Tigers already have a game scheduled with Cal on Sept. 9 in Berkeley, California. The date for the New Mexico State game was not immediately known.

Auburn has won all 3 games in the series. The teams last met in 2012, a 42-7 Auburn victory.

The Aggies this season are off to an 0-2 start after they’ve lost to Washington State and Alabama.
