The Auburn Tigers have had a lot of staff turnover this offseason, and on Monday, another support staffer was reportedly on his way out.

This time, the support staffer is leaving to join Les Miles’ staff with the Kansas Jayhawks, moving from defense to special teams.

Per a report from 247Sports, Devin Ducote will move from Auburn’s defensive staff to Kansas’s special-teams staff for the 2019 season:

Auburn defensive analyst Devin Ducote has taken a job as a consultant for special teams on Les Miles’ staff at Kansas.

Ducote served the last three seasons as an analyst under defensive coordinator Kevin Steele at Auburn. Ducote had spent the last five years working under Steele at LSU and Auburn.

Considering he didn’t have an on-field job, Auburn doesn’t necessarily have to replace him, but we’ll see what Gus Malzahn decides to do moving forward.
