A reported target for the Auburn coaching staff is apparently staying at Boise State instead of following Bryan Harsin to The Plains.
Boise State beat writer B.J. Rains of The Idaho Press shared Sunday that Spencer Danielson is staying put at Boise State on new Broncos’ head coach Andy Avalos’ coaching staff. According to the Auburn beat, Danielson had been expected to follow Harsin to AU.
On Harsin’s Boise State staff, Danielson was the defensive line coach and co-defensive coordinator. We’ll see if this news means Auburn alum Rodney Garner, who served as Gus Malzahn’s defensive line coach, is retained by Harsin.
