Salary information revealed for key Auburn assistants, including both coordinators

Auburn’s coaching staff under Bryan Harsin has undergone a major shakeup this offseason, with both coordinators (DC Derek Mason and OC Mike Bobo) from last year no longer with the program.

In their place are new OC Eric Kiesau and DC Jeff Schmedding. DB coach Zac Etheridge also earned a salary increase this offseason.

Now, thanks to a FOIA request by AL.com, we know the salary information for the new coaches. Kiesau’s contract is for 2 years at $800,000 per year. Schmedding’s deal is for 2 years at $1 million per year. And, Etheridge’s extension will keep him in Auburn through 2024, with a $600,000 salary this year and a $625,000 salary next season:
