Sean Clifford and the Penn State Nittany Lions managed to hang on against a tough Auburn team on Saturday night.

The No. 10 Nittany Lions were given all they could handle from the Tigers, but escaped with a 28-20 victory over their SEC foes.

And, after the game, Penn State QB Sean Clifford was fired up. After celebrating with Penn State fans, he waved goodbye to the Auburn band:

Auburn more than held its own on Saturday night in one of the toughest road environments. Clifford can celebrate all he wants, but the Tigers showed some major toughness in this game.

We’ll see if Bryan Harsin and the Tigers can keep this momentum going into SEC play.
