Tim Tebow believes Jordan-Hare Stadium commands a healthy respect.

Auburn has managed to pull off some big upsets at home, and the Tigers’ fans certainly make things difficult on opposing teams. Earlier this year, Auburn took Georgia down to the wire at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

“I think that should give a lot of credit to where it’s due is even though sometimes they haven’t had the best of teams, when you come play here, it’s hard to win,” Tebow said on the Paul Finebaum Show. “I was talking to Carson Beck a few weeks ago, and he was saying, ‘Man, when the ball’s kicked off, I had chills in my whole body because I don’t even know what to think, the place is so freaking loud and crazy.’ This is a hard place to win, and I just think every time the opposing team comes in here, there needs to be a healthy respect to what this place has done to a lot of really good football teams.”

In 2021, Auburn fell just short of pulling off a huge upset over Alabama at home. The Tigers are looking to complete the upset this time and spoil Alabama’s chances of reaching the CFP.

The Tigers are coming off an embarrassing loss to New Mexico State, and a huge upset over Alabama would certainly change the mood among fans.
