This isn’t the first time Southeastern Conference fans have seen something associated with Tommy Tuberville go up in flames.

If you missed it on Wednesday evening, Tuberville’s campaign bus burst into flames on the side of I59 North in Alabama. Tuberville is currently running for a U.S. Senate seat out of Alabama.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident. According to WBRC News out of Dekalb County, Ala., Tuberville was not at the scene of the incident.

Following the incident, Tuberville’s representatives issued the following statement:

“Coach Tuberville’s candidacy has obviously caught fire with voters…and our bus has, too. We are thankful that no one was hurt in the incident and for the remarkable first responders who assisted immediately. The fire occurred on a test drive shortly after maintenance.”

Of course, it didn’t take long for SEC Twitter to react to the images of Tuberville’s bus go up in flames.
