The Auburn Tigers are trying to finish off an upset of No. 1 Alabama while the team awaits word on injured star RB Kerryon Johnson.

Johnson had a strong game for the Tigers but left the field and went to the locker room with an apparent injury to his right arm or shoulder. CBS sideline reporter Allie LaForce said that Johnson appeared to be unable to lift his right arm while heading to the locker room, and Johnson clearly looked to be in pain while walking off the field.

The Tigers are up on the Crimson Tide late in the fourth and could head to the SEC Championship Game, but taking on Georgia without Johnson would likely be a huge hit to Auburn’s chances in that game.

The severity of the injury is not yet known, but it is definitely something to keep an eye on.
