What was he thinking? Fans, media torch Auburn QB Bo Nix after awful final play
South Carolina just beat Auburn for the first time since 1933, holding on for a 30-22 victory.
Down the stretch, Auburn was driving, going for a touchdown and possible tying 2-point conversion, but a couple of bizarre decisions by QB Bo Nix hurt the Tigers in a big way.
The final play was especially bizarre. Facing a 4th and 5, Nix seemed content to scramble around, wasting all 9 seconds before trying in vain to run for the end zone:
BO NIX IS NOT GONNA GET THERE!

Someone should tell Bo Nix he's supposed to throw the ball.

I mean, how bad is Bo Nix. Uses all 9 second left running around and then tries to run for the first down.

Now at 2-2, with a controversial win against Arkansas as one of the victories, frustration is mounting on The Plains. We’ll see if any changes are made moving forward.
