Zach Calzada, the former Texas A&M QB, appears to be drawing interest from at least one SEC West program.

Per reports from Jeffrey Lee on Auburn Live, via Auburn Wire, Calzada will be one of the transfers on campus at Auburn this weekend. Calzada did not begin the year as the Aggies’ starter, but he took over in Week 2 against Colorado after Haynes King was injured.

The 6-4, 210-pounder passed for 2,185 yards, 17 touchdowns, and 9 interceptions during the regular season. Before he chose Texas A&M, the Georgia native also held offers from Georgia, Cincinnati, Iowa, and Louisville among others.

Calzada may be most remembered in 2021 for helping the Aggies beat Alabama by going 21-for-31 passing for 285 yards, with 3 touchdowns and an interception.
