I'm a lifelong Notre Dame fan, which I suppose is understandable since my father spent over 50 years on the faculty there. But I live in Tennessee, and have family roots in Tuscaloosa. In fact, several of my ancestors are buried in the cemetery next to Bryant-Denny Stadium. So, while I'm a Notre Dame fan, part of my heart is in the South.
