ESPN’s Joe Tessitore is on the call for Saturday’s game between No. 1 Clemson and Boston College at Death Valley.
At halftime, the Eagles hold a shocking 28-13 lead over the Tigers, who are playing without star QB Trevor Lawrence. However, it’s the Clemson defense that has been the big problem on Saturday.
There was a special moment in the second quarter. Tessitore’s son, John, is actually a redshirt sophomore punter/kicker for the Eagles, and as you can see below, Joe got to call a big play made by his son. John drew the Tigers offsides on a key fourth down:

Boston College then went on to score a touchdown on an incredible catch by CJ Lewis. Check out this madness:

Looks like Joe Tessitore has some background on the #BC holder.

I don't know if ESPN will ever show it because they don't want to hear the "bias" talk, but…. man I hope they have film of Tessitore's face when he called it. https://t.co/AhfDuDYQMH

Joe Tessitore calling his own son successfully running a fake field goal hard count is the most delightful moment of the season

Can the Eagles finish off the upset? We’ll see what happens in the second half, but there’s still a lot of football left to be played.
