Clemson has its eyes set squarely on an ACC Championship and a return to the College Football Playoff with a 6-1 record in 2024.

On Saturday, Dabo Swinney and the Tigers added another piece to their 2025 recruiting class. Jordan Young, one of the top players out of the state of North Carolina, announced his commitment to the program on Saturday. NC State, Michigan, and Florida State were among his finalists.

Young, who carries an ATH designation but is being recruited as a safety, is a 4-star recruit, considered the No. 6 player in the Tar Heel State and No. 150 nationally according to 247Sports’ composite ranking. With the 6-foot, 184-pound Young in the fold, the Tigers now have 14 pledges for the class, which is currently ranked 17th in the country according to 247Sports.

Clesmon enters Week 10 play with an unblemished record in the ACC and hosts Louisville at Memorial Stadium on Saturday. The Tigers fell to Georgia to open the campaign but has yet to lose a game since then, rattling off 6 straight wins and averaging 48.5 points an outing. They have scored fewer than 40 points just once during their win streak: a 29-13 win over Florida Statre on Oct 5.
