Chris Ball coached the Alabama secondary from 2003 to 2006, helping the team lead the nation in pass defense in ’04.
In addition to coaching for the Tide, Ball has made stops with Northeast Missouri State, Akron, Coffeyville Community College, Western Oregon State College, Missouri Western State, Washington State and Arizona State.
An itinerant journalist, Christopher has moved between states 11 times in seven years. Formally an injury-prone Division I 800-meter specialist, he now wanders the Rockies in search of high peaks.
