Little League World Series provides incredible moment of sportsmanship between Texas, Oklahoma squads
Little League World Series games are entering the region championship round all across America, with the ultimate goal being a trip to Williamsport, Pennsylvania, for the finals.
On Tuesday, teams from Texas and Oklahoma provided a touching moment of sportsmanship during a high-stakes game.
Getting hit in the head by a pitch is a hitter’s worst nightmare. But, it can also be hard on the pitcher mentally to injure a competitor.
As you can see below, when an Oklahoma player got hit in the head by a pitch, the Texas pitcher was distraught. That led to a great moment where the hitter came over to console the pitcher:

This is why sports are the best. Even in the heat of the battle, with a trip to Williamsport on the line, there’s still time for sportsmanship between two young competitors.
