The SEC Baseball Tournament continues on Wednesday at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium in Hoover, Alabama.

Tuesday’s action was headlined by a trio of shutouts and saw 4 teams be eliminated from the SEC Tournament: Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Missouri. South Carolina, Texas A&M, Alabama and Auburn will move on to the next round on Wednesday.

The SEC’s top teams from the regular season will play for the first time on Wednesday. That includes top-seeded Florida, who was 1 of 4 teams to receive a first-round bye in the SEC Tournament. Arkansas, LSU and Vanderbilt also received a bye.

The second round of the SEC Tournament also triggers a format change. The tournament is now double-elimination and will remain that way until a champion is crowned on Sunday.
