As schools around the country are finalizing their 2021 recruiting classes, some top players in the 2022 class are narrowing down their lists of programs.

On Tuesday, 5-star forward Sadraque Nganga of Arizona trimmed his list to 11 schools, all of which have strong basketball pedigrees.

As you can see below, 3 SEC programs — Georgia, Kentucky and Auburn — made the cut on his list:

Those 3 SEC programs will compete with Memphis, Arizona State, Oklahoma, Saint Mary’s, Illinois, Kansas, UCLA and Arizona for Nganga’s services in 2022-23 and beyond.

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Nganga is the No. 16 overall player, the No. 3 power forward and the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of Arizona in the 2022 class.
