Arch Manning comes through again.
Manning, the top-rated prospect in the 2023 recruiting class, lifted Isidore Newman to a comeback win Friday night, throwing a 43-yard touchdown pass to tight end Saint Villere to help the Greenies rally for a 23-20 win against Belle Chasse.

The senior. who is committed to Texas, threw for 152 yards and two touchdowns according to NOLA.com.
As you can see from the highlight Manning, who is listed at 6-foot-4, 215 pounds, threw a laser to Villere, who was wide open in the slot. Newman caught Belle Chasse in a blitz the Greenies plij=and did a great job of picking it up and keeping the pocket clean.
Arch Manning, the nephew of Peyton Manning and Eli Manning, put his name at the top of the list at Newman last week when he broke Uncle Eli’s record for yards and Uncle Peyton’s record for touchdoewns.
If current Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers has a strong 2023 season and declares for the draft, like many believe he will, it sets the table for Arch to lead the Longhorns into the SEC in the 2024 or 2025 season.
