College Football Playoff selection committee members will keep Tuesday nights busy for college football fans and media, and the group met recently to set its schedule for the fall.

Committee chair Boo Corrigan will be the face of the group this year, the ninth of the CFP format.

“It was good to get our group back together this week to review all of our procedures in detail,” said Corrigan, the athletics director at NC State. “The College Football Playoff selection committee processes were built on a solid foundation.”

The selection committee will announce its first of 6 rankings Nov. 1. The committee members will convene
in person on Mondays and Tuesdays, and reval their rankings each week on ESPN.

The final selection committee rankings of the 2022 season will be released on selection day, Sunday, December 4.

The CFP games will be played at the Peach Bowl, Fiesta Bowl and Cotton Bowl.
