Saturday was one of the whackiest and wild days in college football in recent memory. Michigan defeated Ohio State in one of the best games in the history of its rivalry, while Alabama defeated Auburn on a 4th and goal from the 31-yard line.

There were some incredible rivalry games, as well as some entertaining celebrations to those wins. Maybe the most interesting was by Liberty, who invited a mariachi band to play in the locker room after beating UTEP in El Paso.

With the 42-28 win against UTEP on Saturday, Liberty moved to 12-0 on the season. The Flames were in great position entering the fourth quarter, leading 35-7 after 3 quarters. However, the game got a little more interesting in the end, but the Flames still were able to keep their undefeated season going.

The Flames did nearly all of their work on the ground, as they rushed the ball 62 times for 441 yards and 5 touchdowns. Liberty dominated the entire season, as they had only 1 game decided by less than double-digits. That was against Sam Houston State in Week 6, when the Flames won 21-16.

Liberty will be in action next Friday night against New Mexico State in the Conference USA Championship.
