High school football team wins state title on crazy lateral play
High school football is home to some crazy plays, but it’s not often that a wild sequence of events clinches a state championship.
That was the case in Minnesota this weekend, as New London-Spicer won the AAA title on an incredible lateral play.
Check out this heads up move by the players below, making a big play with time expiring in the fourth quarter:

That is a very heads up play by both receivers and it was enough to give New London-Spicer the title.
That’s a sequence of events those players, that team and that school will remember for a long time to come!
