Letting it all hang out: Notre Dame player pantsed by teammate during game
Kyren Williams has some explaining to do to Tommy Kraemer.
Williams, a running back for Notre Dame, looked for running room behind Kraemer and the offensive line and in the process, yanked down Kraemer’s britches as they all tumbled down with a group of Louisville defenders in their game on Saturday.
That was toward the end of Notre Dame’s 12-7 victory in South Bend over the Cardinals.
Williams had a big game for the Fighting Irish with 25 carries for 127 yards, including a 24-yard run. Notre Dame has now won 22 straight games at home, as the Irish got a pair of field goals, and an Ian Book rushing touchdown that proved to be the difference.
Notre Dame had 232 rushing yards, and held Louisville to just 95. They struggled on third down with just 8-of-15, but held the ball for 35:40 compared to just 23:45 for the Cardinals.
Notre Dame improved to 4-0 and plays Pittsburgh next week, while Louisville fell to 1-4.
