The Rose Bowl won’t be a College Football Playoff semifinal this year, but it will still be one of the most-watched New Year’s 6 games of the year.

It will feature a Big Ten team against a Pac-12 squad. On Tuesday, the Rose Parade, held before the Rose Bowl, announced its Grand Marshal for the 2022 event.

As you can see below, actor and personality LeVar Burton, a USC alum, will be the Grand Marshal in 2022:

Burton recently completed a stint as the guest host of Jeopardy. He is also popular for his work on “Reading Rainbow.”

The 2022 Rose Bowl will be held on Jan. 1, 2022.
