The Rose Bowl won’t be a College Football Playoff semifinal this year, but it will still be one of the most-watched New Year’s 6 games of the year.
It will feature a Big Ten team against a Pac-12 squad. On Tuesday, the Rose Parade, held before the Rose Bowl, announced its Grand Marshal for the 2022 event.
As you can see below, actor and personality LeVar Burton, a USC alum, will be the Grand Marshal in 2022:
We are thrilled to announce that our 2022 Grand Marshal is LeVar Burton. An actor, director, educator and lifelong children's literacy advocate, @levarburton exemplifies this year’s theme — Dream. Believe. Achieve. pic.twitter.com/BHXcngBBZ4
