Michigan makes grammar mistake on scoreboard, gets trolled on social media
The scoreboard was a good thing for Michigan for much of the game against USC on Saturday in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines led for the majority of the game against the Trojans, and ended up getting a thrilling 27-24 victory in the B1G opener for both teams.
However, there was a blunder on the scoreboard that had social media making fun of the Wolverines.

During a moment in the game where they were trying to get the home crowd into it, a message was put on the scoreboard that said ‘Lincoln Riley thinks your quiet.’
Whoever made the graphic didn’t use the correct form of you’re, and unfortunately had to hear about it from Ohio State fans.
At the end of the day, the scoreboard in Ann Arbor was a positive for the Wolverines. Unfortunately for Michigan, just one tiny hiccup gave its rivals in Columbus an opportunity to make some jokes.
Michigan will be back in action at home next weekend, as the Wolverines host the Minnesota Golden Gophers. For whoever is in charge of making the graphics for the scoreboard, if PJ Fleck thinks the fans are quiet, the graphic will be shown in its proper form. At least we hope that’s the case.
Hail to the grammar.
