One of the best games in college football each year also gives us a new look each year. The Army-Navy game every December is always must-see TV, but the anticipation for each side’s uniform reveal for the game every year is theater in its own right. We got our first look at Army’s digs on Monday, and on Tuesday Navy officially released its uniform for the game.

And the Midshipmen didn’t miss.

The 2021 “Fly Navy” uniform “highlights classic American symbolism and the most utilized multirole fighter jet in aircraft carrier aviation, the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet,” the program said in a release announcing the uniform.

Here’s a closer look:

The Super Hornet appears on one side of the Navy helmets, 3 sets of gold wings show up on the back of the helmet’s bumper, and a patch on the upper left chest that encompasses over 16 operational fighter squadrons. Find out more about the uniform here.

The 2021 Army-Navy game will take place on Saturday, Dec. 11. Army enters the game at 8-3 while Navy has struggled to a 3-8 record on the year. Though the Midshipmen lead the all-time series 61-53-7, Army has won 4 of the last 5 meetings, including a 15-0 victory a year ago. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET on CBS.
