The Anthony Richardson that played well against Utah has returned and is playing well against Tennessee Saturday in Knoxville.

Tennessee leads Florida at halftime 17-14, thanks to a long touchdown drive that ended with a Hendon Hooker scoring pass with 7 seconds left.

Richardson, however, is keeping Florida in it, and he is 11-of-20 for 220 yards and 1 passing touchdown against Tennessee’s defense. Richardson hit tight end Keon Zipperer for 44 yards and a touchdown.

Richardson also rushed for a touchdown on a quarterback run play.

Tennessee was favored by 10.5 points, but if the first half was any indication, Tennessee will be in for a dogfight in the second half.

Fans are sounding off about Richardson’s improved play in the first half.
