Billy Napier was aglow with pride during his Monday media session after Florida’s 29-16 upset victory vs. Tennessee at The Swamp.

Florida has now won back-to-back games since dropping the opener at Utah. This extends Florida’s home winning streak against Tennessee to 10.

Napier expressed that Florida entered the SEC opener with a chip on its shoulder after the listless loss against Utah, even after an easy win vs. McNeese.

Napier also raved about the fan support in Gainesville as The Swamp was rocking all night night long.

Napier is grateful for the crowd’s impact on his signature victory that lifted Florida into the AP poll at No. 25.

Florida will aim for a 3rd straight victory when they host Charlotte on Sept. 23 (7 p.m. EST/ESPN+).
