Dan Mullen, Urban Meyer reveal which QB they'd choose to lead an offense with the game on the line
Dan Mullen and Urban Meyer have had a ton of success at Florida. Meyer won 2 titles with Mullen as his offensive coordinator. Now, Mullen is the Gators’ head coach and leads a team with College Football Playoff aspirations.
On Wednesday, CBS Sports reporter Jamie Erdahl spoke with Meyer, Mullen and legendary Florida QB Tim Tebow and asked the 2 coaches which quarterback they’d most want leading their team with the game on the line.
As you might expect, both guys chose Tebow. They explain their reasoning for the decisions below:
One game. One QB. Everything on the line. Who ya got?@JamieErdahl asks Urban Meyer and Dan Mullen which former QB of theirs would they give the ball to — in front of @TimTebow! pic.twitter.com/YOtZl5CWze

Since Tebow was the quarterback for those 2 title teams, it makes sense that Meyer and Mullen have fond memories of that time.
Tebow is one of the best players in college football history, so you can’t go wrong giving him the ball in a clutch situation.
