Emory Jones done as Florida's QB1? Fans, media react to another bad INT from the Gator QB
Emory Jones had an interception in the first half against LSU on Saturday, but the Florida QB regained some momentum on the final play of the half, launching a 42-yard Hail Mary.
However, on the third play of the second half, Jones once again made a bad decision, throwing a horrible interception that LSU returned for a touchdown.
Here’s the bad interception. That’s a throw that a player with as much experience in Dan Mullen’s system as Jones has simply can’t make:

On the ensuing possession, backup QB Anthony Richardson was in. We’ll see if Jones returns to the game or if this is Richardson’s show from now on.
Many fans and media members are ready for the Gators to move on from Jones. Here’s a look at some of the reaction from Twitter after Jones’ second pick of the day:
Awful pass from Emory Jones. What was that?

What's maddening about that Emory Jones pick-6 is that on the previous play, he had a wide open Malik Davis for a huge gain and threw an inaccurate ball for an incompletion. pic.twitter.com/9fHnAR5PV7

Emory Jones doing everything he can to become the worst QB in UF history.

Yeah, I’ve seen enough of Emory Jones. Even on the previous play, he massively under threw Pierce on a wheel route.

The Emory Jones experiment at the science fair isn’t getting a ribbon this year. #Gators

Told y'all Emory Jones wasn't it.

Is it just me or are Emory Jones' passes typically incredibly late? He could've had 6 if he'd led the receiver and it falls short. Incomplete. Next play he's late over the middle. He had a window but the receiver has to wait. Leads to a pick 6 #FloridaLSU

If Emory Jones comes on the field next drive I’m hand delivering a punch to Dan Mullen in Baton Rouge.

Richardson led the Gators to a touchdown, so it might end up being his show from now on.
