Ethan White will not be transferring to USC after all.
The 2nd-team All-SEC selection and former Florida starting guard de-committed from the Trojans program Wednesday after pledging to USC in late January. White was set to enroll following Trojans spring practice, but things don’t always go as planned.
It’s unclear what this means for Florida. It could mean he is rethinking transferring in the first place, but it’s also possible that he simply did not like the fit at USC following their spring practice and plans on transferring elsewhere for his final season of eligibility.

White has allowed zero sacks across his 4 years in Gainesville. He made his first start against Vanderbilt his freshman season in 2019 and started at left guard all 13 games for the Gators last season.
