Florida adds commitment from 4-star 2023 defensive back out of Jacksonville

Florida has missed out on a couple of high-profile recruits in recent days, but Billy Napier and the Gators picked up a big win on Monday night.
That’s when 4-star CB Sharif Denson, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, announced his commitment to the Gators.
As you can see below, the 6-foot, 170-pound defender took to Instagram to reveal his decision to head to Gainesville next fall:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Denson is the No. 24 cornerback in the class of 2023 and the No. 41 overall recruit from the state of Florida.
The Gators now have 9 players in their 2023 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 28 in the nation, per 247Sports.
