Florida earned a huge commitment in the class of 2025 on Sunday afternoon.

The Gators landed 3-star wide receiver Josiah Abdullah. He committed to UF over programs such as Florida State, Michigan and others.

Abdullah shared the news of his commitment with On3’s Hayes Fawcett:

Abdullah is a huge pickup for the Gators in the class of 2025. He’s the No. 390 overall player and the No. 35 wide receiver in the country for that cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 45 player from the state of Georgia.

The Atlanta native has already received offers from programs such as Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, Michigan, North Carolina, Michigan State, Texas A&M and plenty more. He’s listed at 5-foot-10, 175 pounds.

Florida now has a pair of commitments in the class of 2025. Abdullah joins 4-star running back Waltez Clark in the fold. It’s still very early in the cycle, but Florida’s 2025 class currently sits at No. 35 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
