Florida fans hype up Kyle Trask's Heisman credentials after strong showing at Vanderbilt
For the first time all season, Florida QB Kyle Trask failed to throw 4 or more touchdowns in a game.
Instead, he threw for a measly 3 touchdowns and 383 yards in a 38-17 Florida win over Vanderbilt. All kidding aside, those are also impressive numbers.
For the season, Trask now has an incredible 31 touchdown passes in only 7 games. That has him firmly in contention for the Heisman Trophy.
Florida fans took to Twitter to hype up their star QB’s credentials in the aftermath of the win against Vandy:
The Heisman is not a team award.
Kyle Trask does not play defense. #11eisman

Kyle Trask or Mac Jones will win the heisman simply bc Lawrence got sick and Fields decided he throws picks now

The only way Kyle Trask can not win the Heisman is if the voting is rigged

Kyle Trask should be the Heisman frontrunner and anyone who thinks different is a homer or doesn’t watch the games

Trask will have 3 more regular-season games to impress Heisman voters. Will he end up taking home the trophy? We’ll find out in a few short weeks.
