Florida fans upset about refs missing apparent offensive pass interference call on Georgia
Another day of college football, another day with some questionable officiating.
Among the most intriguing calls on Saturday went down during the matchup between the Florida Gators and the Georgia Bulldogs as one play that many thought should have been called offensive pass interference on Georgia was instead called defensive pass interference on Florida.
Here’s a look at the play:

Needless to say, several had some comments on the controversial call…
I'm not sure how that was defensive pass interference and now offensive PI, but I don't think it matters. Florida has no chance.
Georgia looks great ahead of their game vs Tennessee.

That was a miserable DPI call on Jason Marshall. It was definitely worth an OPI call on Ladd McConkey. There was a clear push-off.

That UGA TD set up by an AWFUL pass interference call on Jason Marshall when it should have been OPI on Ladd McConkey.

I genuinely am still so confused as to how that was PI on Jason Marshall Jr. when McConkey not only was lightly pushing but during the route was pulling 3s shirt

Despite the call, it is clear that Georgia is the more dominant team today. Georgia currently leads 28-3 at the half.
