A Florida grad assistant is on the move after landing a position at UT Martin. Ryan Osborn announced on Twitter that he’ll be the new defensive line coach for the Skyhawks. Osborn wrote of joining Dan Mullen’s Mississippi State staff in 2016 and following Mullen to UF in 2018.

“As I take the next step in my coaching career, I wanted to say thank you to all the coaches and support staff that I’ve had the opportunity to work with,” Osborn tweeted. “I want to personally thank coach Dan Mullen for hiring me at Mississippi State back in 2016 and for bringing me to Florida in 2018.

“I also want to thank coach Todd Grantham for the opportunity to work together the last three years! To any player I had the privilege to work with, this is all about you and I hope you learned as much from me as I did from you! I am excited to be the new defensive line coach at UT Martin!”

The Gators faced UT Martin this past season. UF won 45-0 on Sept. 7, 2019.
