Florida F Keyontae Johnson was the SEC’s Preseason Player of the Year, but he collapsed on the court during the Florida State game.

Recently, it was announced that his scary medical event wasn’t the result of COVID-19, but Johnson will still miss the rest of the 2020-21 season.

In a video released on Thursday, Johnson explains that he’ll try his best to be the best coach/teammate he can be the rest of this year and will work hard to fully recover:

Johnson was a huge part of the Gators’ success last year and in the early part of this season.

Hopefully we can see him on the court again next season, but his health is the most important thing.
