Florida TE coach Tim Brewster explains what he loves about Kyle Pitts
Heading into the 2020 season, Florida TE Kyle Pitts is considered by many to be the best tight end in the country.
Some mock drafts have Pitts as a Round 1 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, and with the numbers he put up last year (649 yards and 5 touchdowns), it’s easy to see why.
Florida TE coach Tim Brewster raved about Pitts during a press conference on Wednesday, saying he loves Pitts’ toughness and versatility:
Tim Brewster: 'The thing I love about Kyle Pitts: This guy is a tough guy. There's nothing this guy can't do now.'

Pitts put up the numbers mentioned above in an offense that featured WR Van Jefferson — a Round 2 2020 NFL Draft pick — and other talented receivers.
Without those guys around, Pitts will likely have an even bigger role in the Gator offense this fall.
