Florida’s offense was less than stellar during its 24-7 win against UMass in Week 1. However, that’s nothing new for the Gators, who have scored fewer than 30 points in each of their last 10 games, according to ESPN’s Chris Low.

Low noted that it’s the longest drought by a Florida team since Steve Spurrier’s first season as head coach. The Gators haven’t scored 30 points since their 38-10 win over Ole Miss last October.

Florida ranked 11th among SEC in scoring offense with an average of 23.2 points per game. The Gators have averaged 17.7 points during their last 10 games.

Perhaps those numbers will improve with Florida set to host Kentucky on Saturday following the Wildcats’ 44-35 loss to Southern Miss in Week 1.
