Former Florida RB to transfer from Temple
Iverson Clement transferred from Florida to Temple to play for Rod Carey’s program this offseason.
However, he hasn’t been with the team during fall camp and hasn’t played for the Owls yet this season.
Now, it appears he’ll transfer once again, though he took to Twitter on Monday to say he didn’t “leave the team.” Here’s the tweet he sent:
I didn’t “leave the team”. That’s not the type of guy I am. I/we was excited for this season and the opportunity ahead. I did 3 years on the bench without an attitude ? and that’s a fact. Good luck to them owls ? this season. https://t.co/8P3206264C

Clement spent the 2018, 2019 and 2020 seasons in Gainesville. He ran 12 times for 94 yards. He also had a tackle in his career with the Gators.
Where he ends up next remains to be seen, but it appears his time at Temple is over.
