It wasn’t pretty at times but the only thing that matters is Florida went down to Orlando and walked away with a win over in-state rival Miami to start the 2019 season at 1-0.
The Gators gutted it out in the fourth quarterback, stuffing Miami’s offense time and time again when it mattered the most, to come away with a 24-20 win over the Hurricanes.
On Tuesday, Florida shared the video below highlighting the team’s preparation leading up to the contest and the Gators’ performance in the game. Dan Mullen’s locker room message to his team after the win is also included in the video:
