Greg Knox praises Dameon Pierce, Florida seniors after Gators beat FSU to go bowling

Greg Knox remains undefeated as an interim head coach. With Dan Mullen fired after Florida’s Week 12 loss, it was Knox coaching the Gators against in-state rival Florida State. UF topped FSU 24-21 on Saturday to earn bowl eligibility.
Knox previously served as an interim coach for Mississippi State’s 2017 bowl game after Mullen accepted the Florida job. After Saturday’s game, Knox discussed the bowl game, Senior Day, Dameon Pierce’s running, FSU’s whiffed onside kick and more.
