More injury woes: Jim McElwain says Florida RB Mark Thompson is dealing with injury
The Florida Gators started out the season down nine players due to suspensions for their involvement in a credit card fraud scheme.
Among those were key offensive players in WR Antonio Callaway and RB Jordan Scarlett.
Next, QB Luke Del Rio went out for the season with a shoulder injury and now WRs Kadarius Toney and Tyrie Cleveland are doubtful for Saturday’s game.
On Wednesday, coach Jim McElwain added another name to the injury list — RB Mark Thompson. McElwain said he’s dealing with a heel injury this week and missed Wednesday’s practice:
#Gators RB Mark Thompson is questionable for Texas A&M game. He has a heal injury and wasn't able to practice Wednesday.

Even if some of the injured Gators can play this week, not having them at 100 percent will hurt.
It could be a long day for the Florida offense when the Aggies come to The Swamp this weekend.
See if McElwain’s offense can overcome the absences on Saturday night at 7 p.m. Eastern time on ESPN2.
