While graduate transfers have become very popular in college football, the truth of the matter is teams often fail to get the impact they envision when they add a player via the graduate transfer market.

However, there are exceptions to that, and Florida got just that when it added Louisville graduate transfer Jonathan Greenard this offseason. In fact, his first performance for the Gators was so good that Greenard was named SEC Defensive Lineman of the Week after creating much havoc Week 0 and registering six tackles and 1.5 sacks against Miami.

Having played in Todd Grantham’s defensive system previously may have helped Greenard adjust quickly to playing for the Gators but that’s not the only experience the senior brings to the unit, as the former Louisville Cardinal knows all about matchup up against Kentucky’s offense.

With the Gators set to travel to Lexington this weekend, Greenard wanted it to be known his feelings regarding Kentucky’s offense haven’t changed despite the fact he’s facing off against the Wildcats in a new uniform.

Florida and Kentucky are set to meet Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.

The video below came during the 2017 season when Greenard was a member of Louisville’s team, while his “Ain’t nun changed…” comment came this week as a member of Florida’s team:
